NJB 5th Grant service charge

We do not wish to charge for this service, but we also don’t really want to provide this service.

Providing Turnovers again for all clients is estimated to take a solid month of our time, and we are just not in a position to dedicate another month with zero revenue, thanks to COVID.

We are still Excluded from all Covid support and haven’t received any support from the government whatsoever.

We have provided free alternatives, that ensure you have access to the information you require in time to make your claim.

You must ensure the figures you enter match the figures that are/will be entered on your tax return. 

If they do not match, it will affect the amount you can claim and could delay your claim. 

If you still need our support with the 5th grant, please consider using our non-profit 5th grant service, which can also be found in the support hub.

I’m afraid we do need to include a small charge for this service, his is a non-profit charge and simply covers our time. We have made a massive effort not to charge for covid support. 

However, the demand for 1,500 tax returns immediately is not something we had anticipated and is estimated to take a month to complete!
