We are pleased to announce that we have quietly released an update in the background that will give you far more control over the app reminders you choose to receive while also providing a far more convenient method of communicating with us.
This is Confirmations 2.0!
Some of our more vital messages, such as “did you receive your repayment” or “did you receive our post”, also include preset system-generated reminders that will continue to prompt you for a response or remind you of an upcoming deadline, such as paying HMRC, for example!
These auto-generated reminders now also include the option for you to cancel the reminder or send us a confirmation with a simple tap of a button.
Hopefully, this improves our communication efficiency and your overall experience of our service.
