What’s New!
We’ve taken onboard customer feedback around our call booking feature and made some significant improvements.
Many clients have mentioned they are unaware that we generally wait for you to call us rather than for us to call you.
We have also taken onboard feedback from clients that upcoming bookings are not displayed anywhere in the app, causing clients to double-book or the inconvenience of a missed appointment.
To prevent this, we have improved the experience of call bookings and appointments.
You will now receive a message confirming the booking, delivered to the appointment message category.
If you need to check or confirm upcoming appointments, you will find confirmation of your upcoming appointment at the top of that category.
We have also tweaked all the dialogue around the booking to emphasise that you are calling us.
The idea around booking a call is essentially reserving a 15-minute window of availability.
For example, we don’t know if you will be available at precisely 10 am, so we will not call you.
Instead, we reserve you a 15-minute window at 10 a.m. for you to call us. If we haven’t heard from you, we will try contacting you.
Not only that, our new trimmed-down rebate calculator is even easier to use.
We’ve also made a few more behind-the-scenes tweaks to our refer and earn feature, which is generally well-received.
